Detroit just won back to back games against the Preds without Zetterberg, Cleary, or Bertuzzi and largely due to our 4th line players stepping up. Granted Nashville was missing Forsberg and Sullivan, but with Zetts and Bert back by the playoffs and Hasek in net, I think Detroit would win this matchup in 7, especially if they have home ice advantage. Nashville hasn't won in Detroit all season.

yes they can, and once they get Zetterburg back, and Burtuzzi in the line up they will only get better, and with dom between the pipes they are pretty amazing, so i think they can do it, even though they looked pretty bad tonight against vancouver

Martian manhunter- What? 1st of all nashville has such stability its problematical to comprehend who's the 1st line. they did no longer have a forward with 20 minutes of Ice time final nighttime. Det had 4 inclusive of first liners Datsyuk and Zetterberg. Granted Webber and Sutter performed a ton of minutes on protection yet they're youthful and have performed all of it 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. If drained is going to be an argument it fairly is going to be for the Wings who're plenty older.

For a 7 game series, I think Nashville would wear them down because Detroit is not too tough. Although, it could very well be the team with the hottest goalie and if Hasek can last.

I usually go all out and type a long answer to get best answer, but I'll make this one short. No Zetterberg = won't even win 2 playoff games.

I think that anything is possible, but Nashville will probably win. Nashville has momentum, Detroit lost Yzerman last year, and Vokoun is currently better than the Dominator in the twilight of his career.
