Ok i mean what should i make my website about, any ideas?

Appearence, content, name, what? Nobody knows how to help if you can't ask a clear enough question.
EDIT:
Now that you're a bit more specific, maybe you could just make a personal page for yourself showing a biography n' fun stuff like that.

If you're just messing around, take a look at MySpace pages. There are a lot of creative people on there that do some cool things with limited resources.
Although, I don't know why anyone would want a website just to have one... Is there really no purpose to the site?
