My sister is a Senior, 2 years older than me. Last fall she was getting involved with a guy (who's my age) that's known for cheating. I told her and nothing happened between them after that...until today. They went to go see a movie and I'm afraid that they'll get together and she'll end up getting hurt.

I told her before that I didn't want her to get involved with him, but it seems that she either didn't understand or she just doesn't care. I feel like I have to do something, but I don't know what. Help me please?

She'll be going to college in Missouri, so she'll need to learn to do things herself, but that's not until next August.

I don't think that she could live through with being cheated on (if that happens). I don't think that she would be strong enough to handle it. I know I wouldn't, but I've never had a boyfriend.

I just don't know...part of me wants to do something now to stop it, but the other part wants to see her get hurt. I know it's horrible of me to think like that but I'm afraid it's the only way she'll learn.

this is great....I learn from looking at her FACEBOOK that they're going out! She didn't tell me! I'm really p.o.ed. I'm pretty sure she didn't tell mom or dad yet, either.

It's out of your hands now. You tried to warn her and she didn't listen. So if he cheats on her, it would be her problem. But, maybe he has grown up a bit and decided not to cheat anymore. You never know!

Well you've done all you can, sadly she just doesn't want to listen to you. She's just going to have to learn the hard way, I'm afraid.

She needs to go to the school of hard knocks.
No other better teacher than that.
