Does this happen to anyone else or am i just weird??
once it was at the end of the dream - a loud voice said,
"the loudest engaged tone can be heard even through the loudest ringing"
im not even sure what that means?????
the second time I heard a long poem recited.

I few times when I was sick I heard voices. I heard my friend talking to me and then I talked back. I forgot what she said but I didn't see anything so it was strange.

wow thats really weird maybe that`s a dead person who wants you to know something
many characters in history have heard voices in dreams just as joseph from the bible or mary the virgin
also napoleon,hitler who once was saved by this from dying,and some others as thomas alba edison or lincoln the day before he was murdered
sometimes its related to premonition dreams
if what u have isn`t this,then maybe you are going crazy

I say let the dream be a dream if it is scaring you just like it is talking to you talk back and tell it to leave you in peace... it will. Nothing can scare, wonder, concern, bother, disrupt or discomfort you unless you allow it. Tell it to stop. Seriously otherwise your own mind will start playing tricks on you. Meaning you will be scaring the $h^t out of yourself for no reason.

"the loudest engaged tone can be heard even through the loudest ringing" strange that one but sounds like you are trying to get in touch with someone and think they aren't there when all the while they are trying to reach you and you are not listening as for poems do you know that the Coleridge poem Kublai Khan was heard in a dream even stranger .. I just done a class on this very subject lol

I think it means you can be heard if you are focused enough and adamant enough.
And whatever you can do in life you can do in a dream, and some; so don't get creeped out by anything in a dream.

well, it could be that you were remembering that from a past life. That does happen sometimes when you are experiencing a PL (past life) through a dream/ meditation/ etc. I unfortunately, haven't heard any voices in my meditation sessions, just images.

it happens to me too.
sometimes the brain remembers long speechs and sentences and reflects it in dreams.I heard a song from a commerical before I went to sleep one time.in my dream,I met my old schoolmates,and saw my old crush and as I walked to him the song came outta nowhere.
so that could be why.

I'm not sure what you mean, but I dream that I'm talking with someone and I can see them (it seems so real sometimes, it's scary)

that's happened to me before! but i don't know what it is! it happened when i was really young...and i freaked out...i thought it was a ghost. It sounds to me that you are either being haunted...or someone's trying to tell you something.
