Not so much about weight/height, but about proportions. Having long, slim proportions. This doesn't mean being tall and/or thin is the right body type or being short is not the right one. Basically, you need to have long, slim proportions for your height.
Also, skinny jeans look best on the ruler body type. Small hips, perky small butt, slim thighs. Small waist not required.

Skinny jeans are thoes types of clothing that only look good on some types of bodies...you need to have long long legs and they should be thin...you should also never have extra baggage hanging over your jeans...it makes you look like a muffin

I would say tall and slender bodies, especially people with long legs. I'm not saying short people shouldn't wear them, but when you are wearing clothes you should decide what part of your body you are proud of, and if you want to look good, you want to bring that part out. So in the case of skinny jeans it brings out nice and long legs in my opinion.

if u have a little body fat, skinny jeans dont really look good on you. what i mean is if you have big hips then skinny jeans will only make htem look bigger. but if you are very thin, they will make u look a lil curvier. so they usually fit skinnier people more.

hello, skinny people! just kidding. My hips are huge but my stomach is a size medium, they look good on any body type, that is the new style now and i see every girl weraring them and i never seen a girl(big or skinny) looking ugly in them

Depends on what you like. Some people must think they look good with those bulging seems and tight fit. And I get a good laugh when I see them so we all come out ahead.

i'm short but thin, and i look good in skinny jeans, my friend is tall and thin, and she looks good in skinny jeans.
