I heard somewhere that the point of perfumes/colognes/fragrances was not to turn on the other person, but turn on the wearer. This way the wearer feels sexy or confident and projects this to the other person - which is really what turns on the other person.

Hey, if vanilla turns you on, go for it.

no, vanilla is a girly smell. if scent is the strongest sense tied to memory, do u really want to be remembered as the weird guy who smells like vanilla cookies or something? lol

I'd guess it would depend on the women...I like the smell of vanilla...but as far as being turned on....that would depend on just who the man was....smile.....

Only if they like vanilla ice cream, vanilla candy, or vanilla cake, I suppose.

Personally, it wouldn't with me, but that's just me. :-) It might attract too many bumble bees.

It's a very swweet smell, very feminine, so I would say no! Actually, I odn't like it on girls either, it's too sweet. But to each their own (is that how you say it?)

no..but Cool Water does for me... I like the light scent..reminds me of ...Water....refreshing..cool...and a hint of sexy.
