I did. I cried a river. After I read the book again I through it against the wall in disbelief. Harry only knew Sirius for about 2 1/2 years. The only father figure he can remember gone.

OMG!!! I did!!! It was soooo sad.......Then after I got over the shock of Sirius dying I got really mad!!! I don't think Sirius is really dead, though. He was a main character and he was there for less that 3 books! He HAS to make some kinda comeback in Deathly Hollows. That curtain thing is to wierd............

i almost did...i was mostly mad that we only got to know sirius black for two books...and i was really sad when dumbledore died too.
but you never know, maybe sirius isn't dead. did jk rowling ever clarify that sirius is really dead? knowing her, there might be a twist in the deathly hallows book.

Heh...I cried. Got really mad, too. I mean, wtf? You grow to like the guy, and then he's killed off.
I cried like a baby when I read Nicholas Sparks "At First Sight" and "Dear John" too....
