When you can't fit any more. But, you might be able to fit into size zero pant sizes, and XS shirts if you are really tiny, and are ready to wear juniors clothing. Usually most girls start wearing them when they are 11-13 yrs. old.

The highest size in kids clothing I have seen is 16 in pants, and XL in shirts.

It depends on what you definition of "kids" clothes is. I suggest the age 10 because the child is going into middle school and has to make a transition to a teenager. Buy clothes meant for juniors but don't quite buy revealing tops and short mini skirts yet.

If you are very petite than you can wear regualr denim kids jeans...but if you want to go casual stick to adults clothes...but in general a good age to stop wearing kids clothes would be 10-12

anytime u can fit into juniors.
OK ,I'm 13 and teeny, (4"6 or 7) and i still wear kids most of the time. what's good is that stores like abercrombie, (luv it!) and hollister have clothes that fit me, but they look really good. (not like those high waisted granny panties!)
i didn't really answer your question did i? basically it completely depends on how tall u r, but i would say on average about 13.
hope i helped!
p.s. if u can't fit teen stores like AE, just go to abercrombie i guarantee I'll fit into their stuff!

Ten-years old. When you turn ten your a preteen and time for new and a little bit mature clothes. Not the kind that says Polly Pocket rocks! but the nicer mature clothes.
