Really, the comics and the show are nothing alike, so don't worry about them being too similar.
In the comics, Lana and Superman's boyhood friend, Pete Ross, married and had a son named Clark. Pete was Vice President for a while and President briefly before resigning. He and Lana were recently divorced, and I think Lana has now taken control of Lexcorp.

RE:
In the Superman Comics, does Lana Lang actually end up marrying Lex Luther?
I'm really curious about what happens in the comics because I don't want the show "Smallville" to play out just like the comic, that would suck. I really don't want Clark to end up with Lois either. Can someone who loves and have read the comics please let me know?

In the comics, Clark is married to Lois, and she knows he’s Superman. Luthor is the President of the US, and currently single. He was married briefly to a Contessa, about whom I know nothing. She fell into a coma during childbirth so Luthor took their daughter Lena because he did not want the Contessa to have any control over how his child was raised. Later, Luthor gave his daughter to Brainiac and she became the guiding mind of Metropolis when it was infected by the B13 virus.
In the comics, Pete Ross was the Vice President, and Lana was married to him, but she was not happy because she realized at last that she loved Clark better.

No she married some bloke called Pete Ross who was a friend from Smallville who ended up as a senator and I believe was vice president when Luthor was President.
I believe Smallville has well and truly jumped the shark with this one.
