Use a lever. (Think of a 'seesaw' or 'teeter-totter')

hold the tennis ball on top of a basketball in the air. Drop both at the same time. if this works, the basketball will send the tennisball flying.

Put it on top of your foot, and pick your foot up quickly. It should fly into the air.
