giving more than 100% is easy, just steal work output from others and claim as yours. If questioned just reply your boss wanted more than just your contribution.

There is a popular adage it says. There is no free Lunch. Trust me there is never a free lunch. If it comes easily that should means either you are cheating or stealing.

if you give more than 100% to your job, then it means you're a bit of a loser with no outside interests, no girl/boyfriend, no personality and you probably sit at home masturbating to the company manual.

Basically they don't want you to just be an average worker. But in my experence the hard workers always get passed up for promotions, but the butt kissers always get promoted.
