It's the episode where there was a female genie granted wishes to a guy in a wheelchair but always with a twist. In the end, her wish was to be free of her bondage as a genie and Mulder used his last wish to set her free. It was such a cool episode. Does anyone know where I can find a weblink to the entire episode?

I wish that there were entire episodes of the X-Files on the internet, but sadly, there are not. You can look on YouTube and find partial scenes from that episode which is called: "Je Souhaite". That was a funny episode. I'm sorry that I can't be of any more help, though. They just don't give any X-Files episodes in their entirety on the internet.
