Creativity for boots?

Question

I bought some blue rubber boots and I am going to decorate them, but I don't know what to put on them. Ideas?

rhine stone, feather, glitter gel paint, sharpie markers
use any of thoose things
i brougt some pink plain rain boots from target and it was so boring and plain and dull so 1 day when i wore them to skool i asked my friends && classmates to write all over them and now it's awesome it looks like graffiti and people always ask where i got them

try putting a waterproof paint on them and make some cute swirlies or decorations...you can also try a silver or gold permanant marker and personalize it...have fun!
