Where if the the prostitute asks for a "donation" first without any conditions and then proceeds with the illegal acts?

no it's still illegal
and yes if your caught they ( the cops ) will post your photo on a johns list on the web, your car will be impounded for 60 days and you will be convicted
the courts know that such language as "donations" or "roses" are a simile for money for sex, which is prostitution, all though attorneys may advise of such language to infer no such transaction was going on, courts are prosecutors are not fooled

That is legal. Because consensual sex is legal.

But if the donation (actually, it would have to be phrased as an unconditional gift) is refused, she cannot base her decision on that fact. Which is non-sensical in practice, since she always has the right to say no to sex.

Prostitution is legal in Reno, Nevada.

Not sure about the finer points of it elsewhere.
