Charlotte Kathryn, definitely. Charlotte is my favorite girls name ever, and I love Kathryn as well. Lorelei Virginia is pretty and flows well, but I'd definitely go with Charlotte Kathryn.

I like Lorelei is pretty and pretty uncommon. virginia is ok. Charlotte sounds like an older name and Kathryn is very very common.

Charlotte is better. I'm not even sure how to pronounce the first one, no offense. Her whole life teachers, friends, telemarketers, etc. will have this problem. She'll get really tired of correcting everyone. Go with Charlotte.
