You know u can get pregnant the day after ovulation (technically when the egg is released you ovulate and the egg lives between 12-24 hrs). Here's the thing... from what I am aware of the urine ovulation test are not that effective. Only the salvia test a accurate enough to depend on. So I suggest you still go for it and not worry about if you're ovulating or not, Anything can happen and there a lots of miracle babies out here!
N by the way testing early in the morning when you just wake up will have a more accurate result.
Good Luck Girl!

OPKs are not always that reliable or user friendly for tracking ovulation. The best way to know when YOU are fertile, in my opinion, is to chart your fertility signs. You simply CANNOT get pregnant "anytime." You MUST have intercourse when you are fertile in order to conceive. Your fertile phase is dictated by when and how much fertile cervical fluid you produce and the proximity of that fertile fluid to ovulation.
In general, a woman will have several days of fertile cervical fluid before ovulation. The closer to ovulation she gets, the thinner, more slippery, clearer, and more raw eggwhite like the cervical fluid becomes. Sperm can live ONLY 30min-4hrs in the absence of fertile CF, but can live up to 5 days in the most fertile CF, waiting for the release of an egg. Once an egg is released, it lives 12-24 hours. About 10% of the time, a second egg is released w/in 24hrs of the first. That egg would live about 12-24hrs too, giving a potential fertility of up to 48 hours after ovulation. Fertile CF tends to dry up very quickly after ovulation, so the MOST fertile time is usually the days preceeding ovulation during which the woman is having large quantities of high quality fertile CF.
Other factors can influence whether or not you have trouble having a baby though. A short luteal phase (time between ovulation and the next period) can not only cause early miscarriages, it can cause a couple to miss the fertile period completely b/c ovulation is much later than Day Counting would suggest. Low progesterone can also cause problems w/ carrying a pregnancy and short luteal phases. Poor quality cervical fluid or a very short window of fertile CF can definitely delay conception.

When did you start testing? You may have missed it if you ovulate early. Or you could be a late ovulator. But testing once every 24 hrs is the right way to test. Are you sure they are neg.?

An OPK will detect ovulation up to 12 hours beforehand so you could have missed it.
