does anyone know if chansey will ever evolve?(crystal version)

actually, it evolves to blissey if you make it happy. to make it happy, groom it over at blue's house(if able) give it haircuts, use certain items on it, dont put it in your pc, dont let it die, and keep it leveling-up. eventually(it depends on you) it will evolve

Chansey will evolve when you have treated it well enough, and it's affection towards you is high enough. To raise affection, let her hold an item, take it for haircuts, have her drink tea with May, use items on her, and let her be in battle often. Letting Chansey faint is not helpful, and taking bitter herbal medicine will be counterproductive.
