manual = 700rpm. auto = 750rpm

I'm not sure, but a good general rule of thumb is 800 rpm's.

The main things to watch for is that it doesn't cut out on you (turn it up a little if it does), and that it's not too hard of a clunk when you engage the transmission it shouldn't act like it wants to run away from you (turn it down a little if it does).

800 rpm's is what I use almost regardless of model, some cars may require a little further adjustment but it doesn't have to be exact, so long if it's within 50 rpm's either way you should be fine.
