As with any genetics, it depends which you consider the dominant traits and which you consider recessive.
Given recent behavior (past few decades), the dominant behavior of both groups tends to be a willingness to tax and spend beyond any rational limits, in support of their agenda.
So, if the offspring is double-dominant, you would get a party that advocates taxing and spending, for the sole purpose of increasing their ability to tax and spend.
