The objective should be quite simple - just one line that indicates that are interested in exactly the type of position that you are applying to:
Objective: A management position with excellent growth potential that matches my skills and interests

Loads of people will now write in and say list your hobbies and write a small pompous phrase at the top saying how 'dynamic and enthusiastic' you are.
DON'T !!
Nobody really cares if you play soccer/football for some amateur side and with that silly phrase at the top of the CV/Resume, how does saying you're dynamic and passionate prove anything - surely that's subjective. (that's what you think you are, not what you actually are)
Split your last job into two headings:
achievements and responsibilities.
for achievements you want to put down solid good things you have done. (not volunteered to make the cakes) but real business stuff:
for responsibilties, basically copy down your job description.
Here's an example (completely made up)
ACHIEVEMENTS:
* Within 3 months of appointment raised sales by 10%
* Cut theft from 45% to 15%
* Trained 4 staff to management level
(this sort of stuff, you know, real eye catching, hard hitting facts.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensuring that client x and client y are managed through the process.
* Delivering sales and profit growth.
* Ensuring health and safety objectives are followed through.
(this is the more boring section, it basicaly just lists what you do, but not the actual achievements you've made)
Remember it's the achievements that will catch their eye, and give you the edge over your rivals.
Finally you dont need an objective statement, thats just rubbish. When you do the interview, any real passion you have should come out then. Forget the 'flowery' rubbish and stick to some good old fashioned real achievements, Thats why you'll get the job and not because you've worded some management gobbledygook.
Good luck with the new job, im sure you'll get it.

If you need help with that then you are not management material yet. Get a lower position, mature, come up with your own statement and then apply for management.

What are your goals? What are the company's goals? Your success in stating your objective statement is directly related to the alignment between the company's goals and your goals. In other words, what makes you the most qualified, ideal candidate to realize the company's objectives? The answer to this question will help you bound the objective statement.
You can write the rest. Good luck in your search.

Research the company you are applying for then check out their website...often corporates have an outline of what they stand for and their goals and objectives.
Then be smart...rewrite their goals and objectives and make it personal for you. In this way you are showing to the company that you have the same ideals and values. This makes you stand out over the others.....
The old saying when you want someone to be interested in you get them to talk about themselves...listen to them and then mirror them. this will make a success of you...but be sure that your management skills are strong and that this is what you are committed to else you will be in that position for a very short time....
So make hteir values yours, their goals yours and work to make a success within their environment..but keep your biggest asset of individuality and respect , integrity in place always..
Good Luck
