What countries allow you to smoke marijuana legally?

It is tolerated in many countries, but I can't think of one that has fully legalized it (ie, treat it like tobacco). Hanging out in Amsterdam at a coffee house is about as close to legal as you're going to get. Jamaica is not far behind, but it is much more dangerous than Holland!

I mean, that's a right the cops in amsterdam don't have.

In California, USA as a qualified patient you are entitled to legally grow, consume and transport marijuana as your medicine. Marijuana has been reported to be an effective and preferred treatment for many California patients. Check out this website to see if you pre-qualify www.accsocal.com.

Here in Ontario Canada you dont even get a fine for under 30 ounces and if caught walking the street smoking a dube the cop just takes it.

The Netherlands is fully legal, Canada is policed so little its virtually legal.

The Netherlands, but they're starting to crack down and are reducing the amount of marijuana and hash you can legally purchase and possess.

I think it should be illegal in all countries because someone smoking marijuana around neglects my right to live in a healthy and productive enviorment. If im around marijuana it affects my health and I find these people very selfish to not care about others and only about there own pleasure of getting high, miss -using and /or doing drug abuse.

There are a few cities int eh US where you can. In teh UK I know it is in Scotland-you can have it but not buy it and not grow it. LOL Don't know HOW you're supposed to GET it but once you do it's legal.

Like Amsterdam, Holland, Jamaica...etc
