The reason I'm asking is because cell phones are known to emit unhealthy amounts of electromagnetic radiation. I'm planning to get an Apple iPhone but I'm wondering if it puts off as much radiation as other cell phones.

No need to worry. It wouldn't pass FCC approval if it emitted too much! I've never had a brain tumor from cell phone use, and plus it's made by Apple, and they wouldn't want you to get a tumor! :)

There are limits on all cell phones. If it was passed those limits, apple would be required to change its design or chips inside. The FCC must approve any cell phone before debut.
