And why are the "suspensions" permanent? That sounds more like expulsion. Maybe suspending for a period of time will cut back on spawning new angry Level 1 flamethrowers. You might reflect and just wait a few days to get your account back. Be a better team player. Progressive suspensions for repeat offenders. Some will always be a problem.

What I find unfortunate is one person that was banned for the violation was back on in an half hour, spamming the exact same spam, word for word she/he is spamming now that she/he did then.. Your have a nice idea but those that violate the TOS now would still violate them then. They don't believe the TOS that they agreed to applies to them, albeit they will use it when it benefits their screwed up view of the world. They are only interested in spamming their point of view.
