be specific, the whole latitude and longtitude thing does not work for me. the middle east or africa does though.

The ruins of the biblical Babylon are just north of the modern city of Al- Hillah, Iraq.

On the banks of the River Euphrates, about about 50 miles (80 km) south of Baghdad in present-day Babil Province. Ruins left. The city iwas built upon the Euphrates, and divided in equal parts along its left and right banks, with steep embankments to contain the river's seasonal floods.
