You are having a stoma. it is when tissue hardens from a vascular disease. it causes the sensation and feeling to eventually leave the area, i.e penis? by continuing to abuse this area it will increase. you may need to see a chiropractor so that the nerves at the base may be torn and useless? the weirdness will increase with time resulting in blood vessel damage and bruising!
