This happened to me recently at a party. We were dancing and she began grinding against me, which from the rubbing caused me to become arroused. She knew this and assumed I wanted her, but that wasn't the case. Later she insisted that we be intimate, saying that I wouldn't have been arroused if I didn't "want it" with her. The next day she told her friend that she would have made me straight? I can tell you that it wouldn't have happened. What did I do to deserve this hassle???? What should I do if this happens again (I prefer other guys...sorry ladies)

I was just talking about this today. Tell her thanks but no thanks (just as I presume you would do if a man you weren't attacted to approached you). As for getting erect from her grinding... any rape councilor will tell you a man's body will respond to manipulation. This is true regardless of the person being manipulated's sexual orientation or the sex of the person doing the manipulation. This is one of the big problems getting men to admit to being raped. They feel because they got arroused (or ejaculated) that they "wanted it" when that is not the case.

You didn't do anything to deserve it. She saw you as a "challenge" and she ended up looking like a damned fool for it. You can also mention that her presence was incidental and that you could have become just as aroused by rubbing yourself on the front of the refrigerator.
I have NO patience with anyone who is delusional enough to believe they can make a gay or Lesbian become straight.

Not necessarily forced but there were a few offers.
In one case she asked me "what would it take for me to go to bed with her?". I told her she will need some rope, a blindfold, a gag and some Viagra because there was no way I would do it willingly. Needless to say she has not asked me again.
