i ain't in fact i'm probably the worst at this "expressing feelings" thing lol

i have to say that i can. sometimes tho i hide some of my feelings to my friends if something bad happened to me. mostly ppl just see a usually happy smiley funny and sometimes crazy person. ^_^ thats all i got to say to u whom i have never met or talked to before *cough*

I rock at expressing my feelings. I am not afraid to be judged because I am who I am. I am not gonna change just because some one doesnt like the way I think. Expressing your self is a way of life. I dont no what I would do if I couldnt express myself one way or another.

oh yeah, I express all over the place...I dont have secrets, cant keep secrets and everyone knows how I feel by looking at me. Heck , when I am mad or sad, my eyes turn green, happy my eyes turn brown...no hiding what I am feeling around here. I am alll out in the open, its who I am.

In fact, at the office, I was told to share less and be more business like...Tried that and people thougth I was sick...so I am just going to be and if ya dont like it you can lump it. wanna know something about me...just ask...I will tell ya everything.

My true feelings. No. Just to some selected people I truly trust and won't judge me.

I didn't at all up until about 7yrs ago and now I have no problems at all....You just have to be assertive. My husband always told me I can't read your mind.
