Pros and cons of mid-Tennessee?

My husband's job is transfering there (Sumner County) and I'm hoping to hear from people who know what they are talking about :)

Lived in Hendersonville for awhile and quite liked it. Most of the people I knew were very open and friendly. The weather is pleasant most of the time and the area is nice. Some of the best BBQ places in the country can be found around there! Be open-minded and ready to bloom where you're planted and you'll enjoy it.

The people are nice, and its starting to get warm down here.
