I am a qualified English teacher in the UK and I want to do some private tutoring in Saskatchewan Canada. Do I need to be a certified teacher to be able to do this in this particular province? I have been told by a friend that I have to. In the UK, America, South Africa, you don't need to be.

Nonsense. I someone wants to pay you for your services--any services, then you may contract with them--especially if your tutoring is effective.

Instead, one could charge more for your services based on your qualifications.

I dont think that you need anything to be a private tutor. Do you plan on starting a full business? You may look into that.. If you are a qualified teacher, that you must have come kind of education saying you can proficient in english.

I don't think so. I live in BC, and I did private tutoring before getting my B. Ed. You can't charge as much if you aren't a certified teacher, but that should be the only difference.

Relay if you have your own BED you can sleep any Ware.
