How exactly do you set up remote assistance? I am on the computer I want to do remote assistance FROM. My ex wifes Computer is the one I want to go into. What all does she have to do on her end as well?? Any help would be great...Thanks!!

Use www.Logmein.com, or use www.gotomypc.com, these are much easier to use than the original remote desktop that ships with windows xp. www.logmein.com is the best, and these are free....

I use MSN messenger for an easy "tunneling" solution. Makes it way through routers and firewalls without any reconfig.
