I'm 5'10 and 16 years old and weigh 170.

I squat 650, bench 200, and power clean 190.
What are good things to improve my speed along with everything else to just become a better player? Anythings helpful.

I max out at 650. and I have horrible technique for powercleans I know this. doubt me if you want. I'm just looking for some advice. and I doubt that the best squats are that low for high school ball for I know of a few hand full of people that can easily do my max plus more.

believe your stats thats fine with me. I know what I can do and so does my weightlifting coach. I wish i could prove it to you. For our team besides being a specialist its optimal that you squat 525, bench 200, and clean 200. Those never seemed unrational as most players have gotten to that level. sorry again if you dont believe me. im just lookin for some help.

I highly doubt you squat 650. Especially if youre 5'10" and only 16 and weigh a measily 170 pounds.

There are guys in D-1a who aren't even close to squatting that much weight. I doubt a majority of NFL players can squat that much too.

I play football and honestly, if you really squat 650 and bench 200...your power clean will be a lot higher than that. Other than that, to improve your speed run uphill or run with ankle weights or any type of force that would hold you back. There are parachutes, and cables you could use. When running uphill not only will you become faster on level ground, but your leg strength builds. You could run stadiums as those are very effective and great cardio. If you play running back/linebacker then you should work on tackling, reading plays, reading holes, and balance. Holding on to the ball is key, but if you can get pushed over easily then your no good. Build up your upper body strength big time.

By my senior year in high school i was 6'1" and could bench 305 and squat 455. That was pretty average for the top players. I only got out to play for D-3.

Edit:

This DE that is going to Florida can only squat 460. And he is much bigger than you.

This LB that is going to USC can only squat 405. And once again he is much bigger than you.

This OG going to Texas can only squat 555. And once again he is much bigger than you.

My thing is that your body only weighing 170 seems highly unlikely to squat 4 times your weight. For starters, that is nearly physically impossible.
