Well i don't have a daughter but i am one
well when i was little there was dress up and stuff, if that counts, and like in elementary school i would wear low black little girl heels for recitals and stuff
how old is your daughter?
i'm short so i started wearing taller shoes like platforms and things when i was 11 or 12, and real heels to formal events and dances when i was 12 or 13. also at that age i wore wedges or tall clog-type shoes a lot because i'm short, and i still do.
but even now i dislike heels, especially thin heeled ones that hurt/are hard to walk in...and im sure im not alone.
so if you are concerned, you should maybe start by letting her wear lower shoes like kitten heels, or platforms, or wedge sandals and flipflops.
and if you dont want to do that tell her about how much flats are in fashion right now. cause they really are, and there are really cute ones.

Umm well im 15 and i started wearing low heels at around 12 but high heels when i was like 14

Uhm im 15 and i started wearing the lower [kitten] heels when i was about 11 or 12...i started wearing high heels when i was 14.

i don't have a daughter, but i personally started wearing heels (chunky ones and wedges) when I was about 12. my mother didn't really have a restriction on when i could wear them, i just kind of did when i started liking them and my foot fit them. the only thing she ever stressed was that she wouldn't buy any that had too high of a heel...so maybe you could do the same...stress kitten heels and wedges (those are popular now anyways and more stable)

Im 15 too and since im short i had my first pair of heels (nice trimmed platforms) boots when i was 11 and i had kitten heels around that age too and my first pair of real heels when i was 13... but i didnt wear the heels on everyday basics... i got them because i went out a lot to outings and i sortof needed them..

i'm In extreme college and individuals in my college in person-friendly words placed on heels even as they are dressing up or going out to social activities. the in person-friendly words heels everybody wears are low wedges or ankle booties. i began wearing low heels in freshman 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, yet extreme stilettos could in person-friendly words be worn on particular activities and really no longer for college. Senior 3 hundred and sixty 5 days should be the right time for stiletto wearing if any time in center or extreme college. wish this helped!

I had platform sandals and flip-flops in middle school, so I guess I was around 12 or 13.
