Ah, yes, the Eurovision Song Contest. Wogan's commentary never ceases to amuse me, but I've not heard a good Eurovision song win since 1987 (Johnny Logan). Come to think of it, I've barely heard any good Eurovision entries since then!

I sometimes suffer through it for a laugh, although I need to be drunk to survive this experience with my sanity intact.

Is there anybody in the world who takes this 'contest' seriously?

I find the ridiculous politics of the votes quite amusing. It's almost always the same... hmm, I wonder who Greece will give 10 points to this year?! So hard to guess! LOL

Am I clorvionant, really should watch it this year because it could be the funniet thing on tv. With Isreal's silly One the UK's dire one and Irelands. It could be really the funniest bit of tv this century so far.

why is it still called the eurovision contest? The eurovision lost its appeal when block voting started .The best song should win and not voting for the country beside you .

its a good laugh, but some people take it far too seriously.
my mates mum makes a score chart and rates all the songs to see if the points she has given them matches with what the rest of the country thinks.
she gets rate upset when they dont match especally when she hates the song.

waste of time. Wogan the Bogan's commentary always ruins it, if not makes it even worse
