The bruise is in my outer left arm, near my tricep. Since I got it though, I have kept doing push-ups and curling. Do I still have the bruise because of the exercize.

It is a normal bruise from a normal punch.

Bruises can take anywhere from one to two week to 'heal' depending on the amount ot tissue surrounding the area effected. A bruise is nothing more than blood trapped in connective tissue that is a result from trauma. That fact that you are doing push-ups and curls probably means that you have more muscle mass than most and it will take longer for the old blood to 'leach out' of the area. Try applying compresses of heat to the site. This will expand free flowing blood vessels and help your body's natural defenses to clean the area somewhat quicker.

If its on your palms i would take a good guess and say yes !!! Oops didnt read quw=estuion properly i think you are doing too much at the one time babe, Bruising is broken tissue and muscle so for your own benefit take it easier and dont try so hard.
