What do you like about the Dixie Chicks? They are good musicians (fantastic harmonies!), but I lost respect for them when they posed nude for Entertainment weekly right after "apologizing" for the famous W. trouble they made in England. It just seemed like a low class sales move instead of an honest protest because of the timing. Nathalie saying what she did while in England (where our troops are, hoping for a slice of country home) while "Travelling Soldier" was their #1 single that week is just a ridiculous act.
I do love country, including many other rebellious acts like Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Big & Rich, The Warren Brothers, Tammy Wynette and Gretchen Wilson. My favorite genre is hard rock and classic rock. I also like old school R&B 1964-1993. When you say rap, the C is silent.

Well, right now it's the Fratellis---I just got their new cd "Costello Music"and it completely rocks. My favorite song on it is "Creepin up the Back Stairs." I also really like "The Gutterati?"
