Your are right and I got caught and ticketed for littering. Now I have to go and pay a fine for a gum wrapper that I threw out while stopped at a red light, unfortunately for me the cop was 2 cars behind me.

Only cigarette butts but I admit that's still garbage. I've never thrown anything else out the window bigger than that since I was about 7 years old when I used to throw tissues out the window to watch them fly away.

I have at one time or another, but not in the last 15 years or so. I had to do community service one time and that was one of my "chores". since then i've learned to respect mother earth...and the poor people who have to pick up trash for a living!!

But doing that is no worse than those people who , while in a parking lot, just merely open their car doors and place the trash on the ground beneath them.

I never have. A lot of people feel the side of the road is their personal garbage can. It's a shame.

Thats about it
I dont care if you think its gross,its what I do.
Its 100% natural and biodegradable.Studies have shown that cig butts actually help filter oily rainwater in storm drains.Thank a smoker.
