you need a program to download of torrent sites try utorrent its free www.utorrent.com then visit www.torrentspy.com and search for the simpson or you could just watch online try www.peekvid.com

torrent are files that are spread around several users, a user may "seed" a torrent ( make it availibe on the torrent network ) where the it's announced on the torrent search engines ( mininova, isohunt, etc ), you then use a client like utorrent or bitcomet, do a search, download the torrent file ( which is a small file used to track the actual parts of the iso, image, file mp3 etc.. you're looking for ), once downloaded you open the torrent in the client software and the download begins.. keep in mind torrents are slow downloading as compared to usenet ( newgroups ), but are genrally virus free compared to p2p networks like limewire where a lot of the downloads are "nuked" or virus laiden.

well installent a torrent client is not...
downloading a torrent that is not copyrighted is not...
it's when you download something that is copyrighted..
that's not legal

First off the use of bittorents to download TV is not legal that being said. If you want to use bittorents you need a bittorent client such as Azureus. Go to Google type in azureus and download it from the official site (it is free).
Then you are good to go you can look on mininova.org or isohunt.com for the show you are interested in. Click on it and select download now and it will open in azureus and download.

To download torrents you will need a torrent tracker software like BitTorrent or BitComet.... Download this software, its free.... then search for torrent files.... the torrent files are relatively very small, like just a few hundered bytes... and open this torrent files using the tracker software.... that will download the main files...
use www.isohunt.com, www.torrentreactor.net and basically search for torrent sites on google.... all the best....

To clarify, as a member of the filesharing community for many years.
Having p2p or bittorrent software IS legal.
Downloading copyrighted material IS legal ONLY if you have the copyright owner's express permission (as I do)
Aszerus is great, bit resource hungry, but worth it for the speeds.
