a bibliography (for a book) is the title, author, publication date (look next to copyright symbol), where it was published, chapter, page, section, etc. where u got info from.
most of that stuff would be on the inside left hand first page...

While the other answers have focused on whether a bibliography should be included in the table of contents, I couldn't tell if you wanted to know whether you should include the page number of your bibliography in your TOC.
If so, a TOC may include the page number of the bibliographical page. It depends on the type of paper your writing, and the style format that you've been instructed to use.

No. The bibliography is a list of the books, websites, films, etc. that you used to research your paper. The listed items are styled on the demands of your teacher.
The table of contents is a listing of your chapters or sections, based on how you organized your paper.

Nope. A bibliography is basically a page for your sources. You include the publisher, year, what it is, the title and all that.
And a bibliography would take it's own page.
