Eggs are rich in protein and albumin, which the body needs. The yellow part of the egg is full of colesterol, which is not good in increased amounts after a certain age. This is because of colesterol can form platelets which make embolisms that can block blood flow in the arteries, which can cause strokes, heart attacks, etc.
