i have th LG whatever model from verizon, i cracked the screen and cant see anything. i have insurance but they want me to pay a $50 deductible.... any advice on how i can get a new screen w/out paying $50

sorry but no thats what you'll have to do if you want to get a new phone out of the insurance plan or you could pay a couple hundred for a new phone

you can't. If you want the screen fixed you are going to have to pay up. Otherwise if it is still under the warranty, you can try and convince them that it is covered under the warranty, but I doubt you'll get far, they will probably just laugh. Another option is to call Verizon and ask if you can get another phone at the promotional prices, this of course means that you will extend your contract.
