I'm supposing your question is why some girls get so many things at a young age. It could be any reason from being more wealthy, or having parents who enjoy seeing their daughters be comfortable with many things. And with the guy situation...it's possible the girls arent EVEN THAT PRETTY OR NICE, except guys are attracted to the fact that they have so many things.
don't be jealous...it will lower your own self esteem. your time will come.

Ummm ok well ya my friends sister is 13 and she owns about 20 dresses because anytime she goes somewhere she gets a new one. It just means theyre spoiled brats and you shouldnt be jealous. And if you want a boyfriend, take a friend to the mall and go guy hunting lol have fun

well i am not allowed to date till i am 16....i do have many dresses but not as much as alot of people i know.i dont think it is kids at age 13 they get into shoes and dresses but mostly all ages like to be a girly girl time to time........â¥just know that dresses are not wut matters....the true man 4 u will find it in ur HEARTâ¥
