I really need to loose weight before the summer!

I am not even going to tell you because it is extremely unhealthy and you'll end up gaining it all back because your body won't be burning fat, it will be burning muscle away, then gaining fat back.
Not worth it. Try a sensible diet and see your Gp.

The only way to loose ten pounds in one week is for your body to suddenly develop cancer and even then I'm not sure that it can happen in one week.

Realistically, you can only lose about three pounds a week through sensible diet and exercise. If you try starvation diets, your metabolism shuts down and you won't lose any weight.

Start eating right and join a gym. If you're here in America: CHILL. You have a few months before summer starts and ten pounds in one month isn't impossible.

I know you don't want to hear this but losing that much weight at once is unhealthy and can easily be gained back. Before summer is your goal? It's only March, you have a few months still. The faster you loose weight the easier it comes back, not to mention it leaves ugly stretch marks and/or flabby skin. Ew! Just find a diet that works for you. Don't give up easy and be patient. I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for but patience pays off. You dn't want flabby skin and stretch marks do you!?!?!

Listen. This is the truth.

Each pound equals 3,500 calories. If you ate nothing for 7 days, and are overweight (which may or may not be the case) and needed 3,500 a day to begin with, you MIGHT lose 7 pounds in one week. MIGHT.

Anything beyond that would be water weight, which may or may not count as significant for you, for the purpose you are trying to lose, such as fitting into an outfit.

I lost 10 pouNds in 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eat special K Cearel and lots of chicken. Don't drink any soda what so ever. Drink tea, water, and those crystal light things in your water. And do the Leslie Sansone walk away the pound for your abs!!! Hint : do the 3 mile every day once a day and when your feeling good twice!! And go faster than they do!!!

10 pounds in a week... you can hardly eat and exersize almost the entire day... but if you need to lose that much in a week... especially since you need it for the summer, and it's not even spring yet *almost though, yay!* i would hate to see what you look like, do you need to lose 10 pounds every week until summer, cuz that's just unhealthy. so try losing it at a slower rate if you can. lol, sorry i'm really hyper.

The only way you could lose 10 pounds in a week would be if it was all water weight.

The above is VERY unhealthy and unsafe.

10 lbs is too much to lose in a week man.

I used weight watchers online. Helped me....Weight Watchers, not just for fat chicks anymore.

I guess you'll have to throw money at the billion dollar weight loss industry because the reputable scientists would say your goal is unreasonable.
