In an 04 Acura TSX, if ipod adapter and cell charger aren't working, is the fuse blown? How do I fix it - thx

just replace the blown fuse with another fuse of the same amp rating, probably 10amp.

It could be a fuse. The fuse box should be drivers side sidewall in side under dash or under the hood most Acura fuse boxes and on the driver side. Dash or Under Hood
