You absolutely can fix it. Do kegel exercises, as this will strengthen your pelvic floor. This is how to do them. You'll want to apply the same squeezing action that you would do if you were to abruptly stop urinating during the stream. Feel that tightness? That pulling up of muscles? That's a kegel exercise. Do about 10 to start off with, holding the squeeze for about 3-4 seconds. Do these four or five times a week. Gradually build up to doing sets of 15. It will take a little time to strengthen these muscles but it will happen. You'll be able to cough or laugh without worrying about the dribble. If somehow these don't do the trick, make an appt. with your Doctor for further treatment. Good luck.

There is solution for everyone & everything. 1st of start loving & caring your baby, no matter how is may be as it is yours. For you dribble I think you should consult a good Dr. as I don't think there is any home treatement or medicine. About exercise, every human should do a regular exercise depending upon the daily activities of the life & of the age. Execrises keeps us healthy, fit & fine which all loves to be.
Best of luck.

You just have a week bladder. Carrying a baby puts a terrible strain on the bladder; most women never get back their full bladder control. You can see a urologist and perhaps have some surgery to correct the problem.

I had this really bad after I had my son. Every time i would exercise or even sneeze it would happen. It will get better over time. You can do kegal exercises like crunching your butt and vagina muscles together to help strengthen the muscles. It will get better don't worry.
