NO it is not a joke. Vince said in an interview that some people thought that since wrestlemania is on April 1st it was a joke. He said that it is not a joke and some one will have their head shaved at wrestlemania

Believe it or not, Wrestlemania has appeared on April 1 before and never before has anything promised not been delivered... now not especially with "Stone Cold Steve Austin" as referee.
