The answer is 8days if fresh, 24 hours if defrosted.

3-7 days, if it has not previously been frozen. Thawed milk can only be kept for 24 hours, sometimes less.
You can keep milk frozen in the back of your fridge freezer for 3 months, and in the deep freeze for 6.

they say in the fridge, 3 days and in the freezer 6 months. I always froze it then i wouldn't waste it. But remember don't microwave you breast milk heat it in hot water. Microwave can take out nutrients in the breast milk.

in the NICU, the nurses let us keep milk frozen for 90 days, and in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

I heard that you can refridgerate it for about a week but freezing it you can keep it about 2 weeks. Try this link
