I've got a little bit of Irish in me. Me and my Dad usually go to this carnival thing, where they have rides and games. It's so much fun!

I am not Irish, except for having gone to the home of the Fighting Irish for graduate school. However, I am very sad because the snow from the Nor'easter is keeping me from celebrating. The party I was going to was canceled.

My father's grandparents were Irish, so that means I've got some of the ol' blarney in me, too. Actually, I was called in to work today, so that shot 4 hours right away!

Dinner will be ham and cabbage, with potatoes ('cause I can't stand corned beef!) that smells like it is almost ready.

From what I understand, St. Patrick's Day isn't even celebrated in Ireland--just another day to go to church.

Your plans sound like more fun to me. Did you have a good time?

Enjoy the rest of your day.

My wife went to a Vince Gill concert with her aunts so I am gonna stay home and have a few vodka drinks and play on my computer.I used to go to parties or bars and get drunk but I finally grew up.The carnival sounds like fun.Happy St Pattys Day to you and by the way,I am half Irish and half Italian.

I'm trying to think of it as a celebration of Irish culture and not ST PATRICK's day... Saint Patrick was NO Saint. He "chased the snakes out of Ireland" which means the pagans and anyone who didn't believe in the same God. He was a missionary.

St. Patrick stands for intolerance. I like to forget about him and be proud of my Irish heritage.

Nothing, but hang out on my computer. We're kinda snowed in here and live way out in the boonies anyway. Nothing going on around here. Yes, I have more Irish in me than anything else, but I'm not 100%. (-:
