Oh gosh, I absolutely hate Spencer! He's such a jerk and he's ruined Heidi and Lauren's friendship. But she's probably move in with him, just because she doesn't realize how icky he is. I love her hair too!

The Hills is short for the Hollywood Hills, so yes they are in LA.
