Because i've noticed this.
Not to sound concieted but i was wearing a really cute blouse and my hair was all done and everything.
And i got a few nasty stares from girls lookin at me from head to toe.
I knew i didnt do anything wrong, so i dont know.
My mom is the same way.
I dont get intimated when i see a pretty girl is dressed nice, im happy for her.
I dont get it.
Why cant my mom and other girls just be happy and not feel insecure bout themselves?
My mom practiacally throws pillows and slams the cabniet doors when she just sees a nice girl.
Yeah, she's pretty retarded for doin that.
I can see her rage and emotion she's feelin towards other girls because i've observed her LMAO.

dont worry about that. they are insecure and are threatened by how pretty you are. the only way they can make it seem if they dont care how pretty you are is to say something bad about you or be mean to you. I think girls shouldnt feel threatened or jealous when another pretty girl walks up but they do. Its weird and very annoying, just take it as a compliment because all they are saying by their mean looks is I wish I looked like you

Some do and some don't. If a girl is confident within herself and has a mature attitude, then she won't be intimidated. Girls that have these issues are insecure and usually very immature.
Sorry about your mum, that must be embarrassing for you. Maybe have a little word with her about her behaviour. Tell her she is supposed to be the grown up, but you are more grown up than she is!

its not that girls are insecure its juts they feel they look like **** sometimes and then when they see a pretty girl theyre like damn why cant i look like her " she s prbly havin a bad day and she still looks like that" i mean everyone gets insecure soetime and i mean i am sure u have to and the fact that u are happy fr girls when u see them lookin prettier than u i sgreat then u don t have to woory abnout anything and that means u really like urself but jst sometimes pple hate who they are so its ok w/e

It's "intimidated" and no, it doesn't sound like you mom was intimidated by your incredible good looks and style. I would think she may not be pleased with the entire "picture" that you are presenting instead. Ask her. Perhaps you will find that she thinks that you are dressing "too old". (I'm trying desperately to be kind here, as I know you are young.) Perhaps she doesn't like the image that you are projecting. We moms tend to be protective of our daughters, not jealous of them. What is that old saying? "Beauty fades, but dumb is forever."

they are insecure, they think that you'll be getting all the attention from boys or friends. you shouldnt be bothered by those stares, you know you look good and just because they are jealous doesnt mean you should look crappy so they'll be glad. about ur mom, thats extreme insecurity. maybe you should complement her more or do something special for her.

I Dated a woman like that. It sucks. And to think i thought she was the most beautiful woman alive and she would howel and break **** if she saw someone she thought was attractive, and hate them, and, damn, that sucked for both of us.
