Is it illegal to download a reversed song and put it in itunes?

If I download a song with permission, and then reverse it, is it legal to put it into itunes? P.S. is there any program out there that lets you reverse songs?

yeah, it's legal to do that. it only becomes illegal when you don't pay jack s.hit for it. I can't help you w/ the software issue though, sorry
